Wat levert het je op?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Samen met een ervaren trainer ga je aan de slag met je eigen training. Bij een training komt veel meer kijken dan alleen het geven. Je gaat aan de slag met de voorbereiding, een analyse van je doelgroep en maakt kennis met de verschillende werkvormen. Ook leer je hoe je de juiste werkvorm kiest en hoe je tijdens de training in kan spelen op de dynamiek in de groep. Natuurlijk ga je ook evalueren, wanneer is je training een succes?<\/p>\n

Deze unieke Action Learning leerervaring start met een intakegesprek. Je wordt persoonlijk begeleid door een ervaren trainer en programmamanager. Je volgt je eigen leerpad maar wel in een groep. Je krijgt feedback van een ervaren trainer, de andere cursisten en je ziet hoe de andere deelnemers het aanpakken. Zo wordt je volgende training n\u00f3g beter.<\/p>\n

Dit programma kun je 6 maanden volgen of 12 maanden als je als trainer naar het ‘next level’ wilt en nog meer vlieguren wilt maken. <\/p>\n
